Ray Mutchler is the Executive Director for Peak Performance Management. Ray has excelled at every level of the sales process. Starting his career with the internationally recognized Newark Electronic, the market-leading and knowledge-based distributor of electronic components, Ray demonstrated the ability to sky rocket to the top of that $600 million organization in a few short years.

Ray then brought his skills to Technology Publishing Company, a single-source media conglomerate, located in Pittsburgh's south side. Ray lead the sales team to record numbers every year. He demonstrated the ability to teach and guide as well as making the sales process fun for the sales organization. This was all accomplished while demonstrating the ability to work within a sales system.
