Scot Teachout is a principal at Peak Performance Management. After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Business Administration, Scot embarked on a twenty-plus year career in the insurance brokerage industry. Taking on positions of increasing responsibility in service, marketing, sales, sales management, and ultimately President, he learned, from the ground up, just what it takes to build a successful, sustainable sales culture. Scot demonstrated his commitment to excellence through personal awards and by recruiting & leading his teams to Agency of the Year and Rainmaker trophies.

Having been a loyal advocate of Peak Performance and Sandler Training, when it came time to seek out a new challenge, Scot knew exactly what he wanted to do.
